TW: Police brutality resulting in death.

He is 17 years old from Randllstown MD and 12 days ago he was killed by an off duty police officer, James D. LaBoard. Brown died of asphyxiation after LaBoard chased him for 3 blocks and drug him out of bushes where he was hiding and put him in a choke hold until he passed out. Brown was out with some friends who were pranking local houses (all the friends have said that Brown wasn’t involved in the pranks) when LaBoard came out of his house and began chasing them. Brown split from the main group and was chased for a few blocks before hiding in the bushes that he was eventually dragged out of and killed.

The manner of death has been ruled a homicide and yet the cop hasn’t been arrested. Tonight on my local news it was said that the case is still being investigated and in a few days things might more forward.
